I found this info:

- Newborns (0-3 months): Sleep range narrowed to 14-17 hours each day (previously it was 12-18)
- Infants (4-11 months): Sleep range widened two hours to 12-15 hours (previously it was 14-15)
- Toddlers (1-2 years): Sleep range widened by one hour to 11-14 hours (previously it was 12-14)
- Preschoolers (3-5): Sleep range widened by one hour to 10-13 hours (previously it was 11-13)
- School age children (6-13): Sleep range widened by one hour to 9-11 hours (previously it was 10-11)
- Teenagers (14-17): Sleep range widened by one hour to 8-10 hours (previously it was 8.5-9.5)
- Younger adults (18-25): Sleep range is 7-9 hours (new age category)
- Adults (26-64): Sleep range did not change and remains 7-9 hours
- Older adults (65+): Sleep range is 7-8 hours (new age category)

I think for adults this time is about 7-9 hours. But there may be options. Doctors recommend that human beings should rest or sleep for at least 8 hours every day. But in modern life this is not always real. For example read this article https://sleepmentor.net/10-famous-people-who-barely-sleep/ about famous people whose bodies have been accustomed to less hours of sleep. This is really interesting!

I prefer to sleep 8 hours, and even more if I can. I can say that high quality mattress is important thing for good sleeping. Recently I bought new mattress from Eve company and it is very comfortable for my back. It has good support, and it is important property for me, because I prefer sleeping on my side. Here is the review with unboxing.

It really depends on a lot of factors. If I'm going to the gym a lot then I tend to sleep more, 9 - 10 hours on average. If I'm being lazy in the office then 7 - 8 hours will normally suffice. The quality of the sleep https://www.otomo.co.uk/blogs/news/best-mattress also matters, but having a two year old tends to make this a bit hit and miss.

A standard set of bedroom furniture includes a bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers or a dressing table. And further each at will is making adjustments to this set, supplementing it or replacing some elements of the interior. Whatever it was, but one of the elements of the bedroom set always remains unchanged. It is, of course, the bed. It is difficult to imagine a bedroom without it, because the quality of the bed depends on the quality of the person's sleep and rest. Don't know how to choose furniture?
