Upper Arm Tribal/Mauri Band

I'd like a new design to complement my dragon tattoo using elements of that to create the new one...

Description:

I would like a band to go around my right upper arm to complement the tattoo that I've had done on my left arm. Primarily I want the detail of the tail to make up the main body of the design - and for it to look something along these lines.

I've attached an image of my existing tattoo for guidance. I'm not sure if dimensions are necessary at this point, but for clarity my arm circumference is approximately 36cm (around 14 inches) and I would like the design to be no more than approximately 4cm (around 1.5 inches) high.
