I have an old simple tattoo that I would like to turn into something more unique and intricate. Here are pictures of the existing tattoo:

The tattoo can stretch out from its current size if needed (out to around my spine or an inch or so past and also down a few inches). You do not have to stick to the tribal art theme that is currently there. You can venture off into other domains (plants, animals, mythical creatures, etc.). I can have the tattoo person draw solid ink over parts of the existing design to mask it. Whatever works. I will need some sort of guidance on how to superimpose the new image on the existing one. You are welcome to ask me questions about your general concept first to see if I like it before you spend time and effort creating a full design.

The coloring on it is perfect... white body with slight red accents. Of course the layout of it would have to change so that the head is in the upper right corner.
Some wings would be cool too. Perhaps the dragon could also be holding something in its front claws... like a reflective metal sphere that has some electricity coming off it (I'm an electrical engineer so that would symbolize that to me). Or maybe the sphere doesn't have to be reflective but could be some sort of glass with a red fire pattern similar to its body accents. The fire could come off of the sphere too.

It looks like maybe you could work the existing tattoo into some sort of head??? A dragon design would be cool. With the existing tattoo being the head and the body going away from it?
