Description:
I have an existing and not so great tattoo on my left shoulder. I would like to expand on it to make it look better. I like the star and the star theme, but would prefer a cuff like design i would like to keep it black and you could add some blue in as well. I like the idea of it being whimsical and having some elegant flourishes. I hope this is enough to start with.
