Greetings, madmedic87! I've uploaded this image so we can start a private discussion thread.
As a former EMT, both volly and paid, this design really sparks my interest. So, I have some questions in hopes of coming up with a design you'll love.
Are you wanting Improvise and Adapt to stretch between the right and left points, above the triangle-shaped spaces? They could curve or be on a straight line. Also, are you wanting cursive or block letters? There are many different font styles to consider.
Are you set on the flag in the drawing you posted? I kinda want to play with the heart monitor idea, since I used to ride Cardiac SCTU.
I think that is a good start for now. Looking forward to working on this!
