An idea for your tattoo

I just had an idea for your tattoo. But I have a question about it. Would you be open to having a 4th image in the tattoo as a representation for yourself as well as your wife and 2 daughters? I will be working on this design tonight, and can try it both ways. With 3 images, and also with 4 images.

An idea just popped into my head. I saw a picture of 2 koi and it made me think of my 2 daughters for some reaon. Something representing my wife and 2 daughters might be nice. 3 images in a circular or rough heart shape. I know its not much but its a start......

Im a little lost and need direction....

This is the tough part. I have been trying to decide what direction to go in for 6 months. I came across this site and thought somebody may be able to point me in the right direction. I know thats pretty tough but I figured it was worth a shot. I can tell you that im not into realistic pictures of people.I was hoping find an idea for something positive that relates to family, love, my daughters and love in general. Sorry for being so vague but Im looking for direction.
