No Joke; I've re-opened the contest. You all have brought some serious talent to the table, and I hate being such an asshole but what can i say it comes naturally and i want the winners work to scream out at me like a Louisiana PoleCat in Heat on the 4th of July; as Granpappy used to say...Gawd rest his soul. If you're New to the contest bring that fresh faced innocence i'vre been hearing about and kill this thing. For you Seasoned vets keep it coming whether its new designs or rehashing you're previous submissions, I'm down for a massacre.

I see this has been extended. So for everyone's benefit I'm going to ask a couple questions.

There are alot of great designs. What do you like and not like about the higher rated designs?

Do you have any new ideas to incorporate into the tattoo.

Do you like heavier or lighter shading?

What about ears on the cat skull, I know you wanted fur but are ears going to far?

well I have other work that I've taken on so I wont be able to do another design. Ill be popping in after it ends to see the chosen design though! Really hope you get something you love, so many different styles here!

There are only so many contests on here. It's not like it takes hours to get through them all. Just making my rounds. Ps - I will not confirm nor deny.... Although I will say I can take out someone's eye at a thousand yards with iron sights and without much effort. =)

u stalking me? haha. Unlike our dog loving friend, our captain in arms was probably half in the bag when he wrote this description, and already forgot about the eyeball thingy. Well, skullyz is my favorite. It really makes us humans seem almost as small and worthless as we really are..... like our captain in lawn chair said "ignore the man behind the green curtain.... and please ignore me.

Lookin' Good!..I like where this is going... ...The fur looks like it might work I'd loose whiskers thou they seem a little awkward to me. The attitude in the brow working...but i'm going to veto the eyeball, leaving the hollow cavity as dark as the Grinches' heart. Have the beast clamp down a bit more too and really convey the action of it crunching dow. Move forward to shading and really try to throw down some kickazz attitude...the more the marrier!

What are your feelings on "animating" the cat skull. like this : http://static.bigstockphoto.com/thumbs/0/4/2/large/240791.jpg allowing some expression instead of it being static. I know its not completely realistic, we all know bone cant move. But it makes it interesting.

Good work man. Looks pretty cool clamped down on that poor little fella, he never even had a chance. I would like to see more gestural movement in the action of the crunch. Throwing the neck back might make for a dynamic pose...Some fur influence from tthe art i provide could be cool to see also.

Damn Warlickclit! you busted that out all quicklike. Great line work man. I really like the pose of your human skull. But i have to say the predator isnt very menacing...its looking a bit walrusy to me (thats a word right?) i'd like to see a very pissed off Sabertooth...I think your on the right track.. but no seacows allowed. Also want to mention the i feel like the bottom jaws of both creatures. They feel a little ackward. If it were gaping wider i think it show the showing extreme agony this little monkey is goin through..If you need inspiration just close your eyes for a moment and think about a cool crisp can of Mountain dew...BAM!...NOW THATS EXTREME!

I only want at most, from the shoulder up for the Sabretooth and just the skull and maybe some neck vertebrates for the man. I really do like the illustration i posted with the cats' skull attached to normal tissue and fur, including the hair that lines the jaw line and chin.

Sure, you can throw some props in, i wouldnt mind a whiskey bottle in there..worth checkin out anyway.. Got to say I'm a Jameson man through and through..but that pic caught me with the Black Jack in a moment of weakness.

*Definitely-- "Clean Bones"-- "No Meat"-- but can have a weathered and aged look to them, the human skull could even look a bit primitive if you want. *
