Description:
My father had Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS). I would like to get an ALS ribbon on my foot (at an angle like the example). The ALS ribbon is based on the New York Yankees baseball uniform, white with navy blue pin stripes. I'd like the space between the stripes to feel right and not too narrow or too wide. I like a draping, flowing type ribbon (I don't like the fish tail look like the example however). I'd also like to incorporate the word "Daddy" and possibly his years "1963 - 2004" or "'63-'04". Behind the ribbon I'd like a paintball splat like the examples but in a blue color (soft and not too overpowering and doesn't have to include leftover paintball shell).
Colors should complement the navy and white ribbon. The size of the entire design can be as small as the example or cover several inches of the foot and even the side of the foot below the ankle.

I think that mabye shortening daddy to just "Dad" would be better and perhaps putting Dad (also at an angle) inside the heart at the top of the ribbon. As far as fonts go, I'd really like a pretty script...not too plain and not modern.
I'm open to variations and any ideas you guys can come up with.

I'm so happy to see all these great designs! I don't know if any of you have time to do revisions but here are my thoughts on the newest entries.
#2785 I think Dad is too small and I'd like it to not have fish tails.
#2833 is too subtle for what I'm looking for.
#2830 is great, but I'd like to see a version without the fish tails.
#2867 is great also, but I'd like to see a version with maybe a little more messy and jagged paint splat.
Can you please tell me if this is for your left or right foot?

I'd like to see at least one more stripe of blue so it looks more like pinstripes (make them thinner). I'd rather see one large paintball splat behind the design. The font is nice but maybe make the d's and y not so curly. I don't like the tattered ends on the ribbon. It's a bit too cartoony. I'd like it to be more classy.
