Phoenix (the bird) design with use of the word "Jude"

Summary:

"Jude" on my arm in the shape of the bird Phoenix.

Description:

Hello.

I would like a simple black tattoo with my son's name on my forearm (by the crease), not too large, the letters "Jude" and drawn to resemble the bird Phoenix.  I'm open to font ideas, as long as it resembles this bird.

History:  I almost lost my life one night to a ruptured fallopian tube, ectopic pregnancy.  Doctors gave me 50% chance of survival during emergency surgery.  Anyway, I feel that I have risen from my ashes and am blessed with my son, who I conceived just 3 months after that terrible night.

Clarification: I would like the use of the word itself (Jude) to create the shape of the bird, Phoenix. For instance, the "J" could be the head, "U" could be the neck/body, "D" tail and flames, "E" ashes etc. Thanks for reading!
