Here is my third submission. I wanted to show you that you don't have to compromise all the beautiful things you want in your tattoo with simplicity. Nothing is too tight or close in this and it will hold up fine with time. I noticed in your reference pics that you loved the purple/green flowers, so I did them that color, but really, your tattoo artist could do them whatever color you want! :)

Ok, here is my first submission. I tried to do this as simple as possible, strict black and include all the elements you want. I think this one has some nice flow, and the wheel of karma could always be made a bit smaller if you wanted.
