Was able to get home from work early. Made a few changes. Took out the belt. Touched up the tails some, and cleaned them a bit. Added some more reflections, and some scaling to the tails. This has been a great experience, and it was amazing to see so many designs for the same concept. Thanks for the opportunity!

This is all I can get in with the time that is left. I still would like to clean up the tails a bit, make them sharper and more clean, but you get the idea of what I am going for. Also, with the evil mermaid, I was going for something of a massochist, kind of pleasure in body modification, as well as being generally evil with her belt of fingers and ears from drowned sailors. At least thats the story in my head :)

Still want to do some more with the evil mermaid's tail like I did with the good one's. Ill keep working at it, but lack of time and need for sleep seem to be winning at the moment.

Added the redtips to the hair, a little more whitening to the hair as well. Some overall fixes and color touch up. Also eyes have been changed from blue to brown.

Lightened the skin of both mermaids, added more white to the lighter mermaid's hair, and touched the skin with hints of pink for a more natural tone.

Blonde haired mermaid with white hair and with additional red tips if thats what you are looking for. Going off of your picture, I tried mimicking the dark ends to lighter red shades into the white hair.

Changed blonde hair color to white. Left some streaking to give a more hair like appearance of strands.

If you can make the blonde mermaids hair white instead of yellow that would be awesome!
