In Loving Memory

Summary:

I want this to be as meaningful as possible. Moderately colorful, maybe even black and white if appropriate.

Description:

An approximately 4-6in² tattoo (on my upper arm-typical tatoo location) in memory of my younger brother who was severely depressed and took his own life…Would like it to give off the vibe that he was loved dearly. Want it to harvest emotions...

He loved music – played guitar, loved the band Third Eye Blind (3EB), loved analyzing lyrics. He liked to play chess. He was fascinated with the universe, the planets, solar systems, etc… He is a legend.

Some ideas to lead you in the right direction.

1)   Music – maybe a musical note, a guitar, some brief meaningful lyrics (preferably from 3EB),

2)   The king piece from a chess set – “King David…”

3)   Somehow incorporate the planets, etc…hold it all together with a Saturn-like ring or something

4)   Somehow include the word ‘legend’ in there and "in loving memory"

5)   Maybe even his face in the middle of it all

In respone to the first comment... I am a tatoo newb, so thanks for the suggestions...

Let's forget about his face in the tatoo and just make sure to have "DMH"...his initials, or "David" in it.

Main things are that with the music aspect, "legend", and then something space/universe related
