Additional Thoughts to Perhaps Spur Some Creativity

I like swirls; I would like to feel an upward motion when I look at your creation. Thinking about the words, I have always wanted a way to express or enhance, pictorially, the feelings of triumph, and that hard work really does pay off -- that when you achieve each new plateau, it will have been difficult but so worth it. And having come this far, there's every reason to keep going, keep striving, for the next goal.

Thank you for considering my project! I would like to use both the Latin and the English in the design as in the image. If I go with the shoulder, it will be my upper left arm; I like this idea so well I want to show it off!

I have some awesome ideas for you tattoo and a question. Since 'Ad Astra Per Aspera' means to the stars through hardships do you want both latin and in english in the design? or just in Latin? Also if you go with your shoulder..would it be the back area like by the sholder blade or on the arm part of the shoulder? and which side of the body for your arm or shoulder?
