To be honest... For $40 Id normally refuse to add colour.
To us (Me and the Tattooists I work with) doing a design in colour is as costly as doing the tattoo itself. And we are $150 an hour, you see my point?
However the weekend is upon me and an outright 5 star rating has put me in a good position to win.
So, what colours would you like to see in this tattoo? Or do you wanna leave that up to me?

Oh, and in terms of placement I was thinking slightly on an angle with the water flow under the anchor coming from the toes. For example just under the thong line if you were to wear them.
