First Tattoo Design

Description:

I am looking for help with my first tattoo. I want to put it on my shoulder so should be about 5in by 7in. I will try to describe what I want but don’t have a very clear idea of what the final product should look like. That is why I need and artist to help!
To start I would like the top of the design to be rays of sunlight coming through a hole in the clouds. Maybe even cracks in the clouds but I don’t want to see the sun only bright rays of light coming through a darker sky piercing through the clouds. This symbolizes the people I know that have died and gone to heaven. I believe the light to be them shining down on me and guiding / supporting / speaking to from heaven. I have seen this in life many times.
 I really don’t know what I want the rays shining down on but I really like the ocean, peaceful scenery etc. I have three daughters and a wife so if some symbolism can be worked into the tattoo to represent them that would be cool. I also have a huge underlying thought in life that we do not have much time here on Earth and we should make the most of it. I also like the theme of a road being traveled and that if you want to do anything in life you have to make it happen. Maybe the sunrays bouncing off the ocean creating somehting I dont know.
So I know that I want the rays of light for sure but what they create or land on I am open for artist to develop

I would like the sky to look like one of these pictures. It does not need to be exact but wanted to show the look I am trying to obtain. One artist asked this "Im assuming you want more artistic then traditional tattoo rockabilly type art". The answer is Yes I am looking for more artistic fine art type piece. Not traditional rockabilly art. I am looking for like a painting type look almost portrait style. I am including a pic I took off a cliff at the ocean. I had a thought of the sky looking like the pics with light sun rays draining down on the ocean and creating four small angels that would represent my daughters and wife. The cliff can be in the tattoo. I hope this helps.
