Ok, so here's my first idea. Coloring my second one as we speak. The idea is to find a design that is detailed enough that it will 'camoflage' the existing tattoo well, but not be too busy that it becomes unreadable. Bold lines and big solid areas of color work well. Highlights are also important so that the coverup doesn't look too dark (remember highlights can require two to three sessions to make sure they are in well). The colors/shadows and of course background can easily be adjusted by the artist doing the actual coverup to make sure it works well and that any little areas are covered properly.
