A clean, pure, breathtaking image of the sky with sun rays shining through clouds to represent meaning of existing text.

Description:

I currently have a latin phrase "aequam memento rebus in arduis servare mentem" tattooed in my inner left bicep (see image below). Roughly it translates to: "when lifes journey is steep, remember to keep your mind even."

To me the phrase conveys lots of messages - but most importantly it reminds me to stay focused and on track if I'm faced with any difficulties in life, and I'll get through them no matter how tough the adversity.

As much as I like the meaning of the tattoo, visually I think it looks a bit bare at the moment, and so I'm looking for some imagery to sit behind it and also fill out more of the inner bicep.

I like the idea of sun rays coming through clouds as a metaphor - behind the clouds (the clouds representing challenges and adversity) you will find the sunshine (the sunshine being happiness and success).

I would like the text to sit as naturally as possible within the image (which is what I have been struggling with) but I'm quite open to suggestion as to how this is done.

A few smaller birds could also work too I guess but I'm not sure as this may detract from the purity perhaps?

Colourwise Im thinking black and white, but a dull red/orange could work too maybe.

I've spent a lot of time trying to come up with ideas and have failed to put something together that works well - hence throwing it out to you guys to help!!

I appreciate the help in advance and I'm really looking forward to seeing some ideas and ultimately getting the tattoo!
