boating wake

Boat wake built into a design.

Description:

I am not really sure what I want but I'd like to see some designs and this seemed like a great way to do that.  My passion is lake life.  I run a website called OnlyInboards.com and wakeboarding, boating, living on the lake.. this lifestyle is what I absolutely love and am very lucky to have.  I want something that would reflect this... not sure where I want it.. arm, back, shoulder, could be anywhere.  Would want something that is a decent size... like the top part of my shoulder or something.

My concern with that tatoo is that I don't want it to be cheesy.  I like the idea of a boat wake built into a design that would look cool.  I just want to see what all the artists come up with here. 

I added two images, one is a boat wake and the other is a boat on the dock with glassy water in the background.  I know that has nothing to do with my description above but I wasn't sure if I could figure out a way to have a boat on a lift or something without it being just an exact pic, which I don't want.  I want whatever it is to be a design more than just a copy of a photo.  HOpe this makes sense.

Ok, I am trying to be as detailed as possible. 

I do not want any wakeboarders or waterskiers in the image.

I dont' want any full boats in the pic, but a design that included the view of a wake from the back of a boat (i.e if you were sitting in the boat looking out the back) might be pretty cool.

I am undecided on if I want color or black/white.

It doesn't have to be an exact replication of the wake.  It could take some design elements from the boat wake and create a design that goes across my back.

i tried to create a little sketch using paint, please forgive my horrific skills. 

I uploaded it to www.onlyinboards.com/tatdrawing.gif as I can't add any more pics here.

This process has helped me streamline what I want... it would be cool to have something else coming up through the middle...   maybe some sort of design or symbol that means "enjoy life"
