Big Eyed Owl with Background

Summary:

An owl looks over a Monterrey Cypress tree, a Indian Ocean island chain, and a clock that counts important dates.

Description:

The main point of focus is an owl on a perch with big eyes and pupils (think crooked LSD style/Tim Burton) looking out over the night.

The background should include an old fashioned crooked clock counting down years, the times should be the year 492, 1947, 1949, 1979, 1983, 2001 and times could be 11:47, 13:03, 2:42, 6:30, 7:11, and the word peak. (This clock should be a background piecel)
Very important: As the owl coming off the perch hugs one side the opposite side should have a Monterey Cypress tree jutting in so that these two elements form almost a border for the scene. The Monterey Cypress tree is a major element about the same scale as the Owl and Tree.
In regards to the Monterey cypress tree, think more Bonsai style than tall pine. Like the ones that just pick a crazy sharp direction and just jutt in. Love that.

Is it possible to include a cactus in the far background jutting in from the distance? (To signify ties to the desert) A few snowflakes coming down (grew up in Buffalo, NY)

Size: Upper arm sleeve. We need to have a larger piece due to the detail, although I did just see a story on the news about an artist that creates sculptures on the head of a pin!
