Detail-wise, it depends on how large you want your tattoo to be - Ultimately your tattoo artist will best be able to guide and advise you on any adjustments to your design, if necessary.

Very nice design. This really will be difficult to choose. I like the wings, very nice, but how hard will that be to tattoo?

Hello,
Here is my interpretation of your tattoo. I made the heart black & white so that the drop of blood stands out, but if you prefer it to be in color, that's not a problem. Bear in mind you can also work out color changes as you wish with your tattoo artist (for any design you end up choosing in the end).
Also, regarding the font - I went with a more readable script front versus Old English - it wasn't reading too well.
This is a nice tattoo idea and I wish you luck.
